Resolved Question: Will my small love handles go away?

Okay, i am 13 years old 5"2" and i have small love handles. I want to get rid of them, but then i thought if the would go away as i get taller. So will they??? i want a really lean slender figure like Lauren Conrad's, Kate Hudson's or Nicole Kidman's, but i don't know if i can get that because i have a big bust. So will they go away?
